Q: Can I chose which sweets I have?
A: Yes, we have a set list of sweets that are available and you can select your favourites from that list.
Q: Will you set the Sweet Cart up for me?
A: Yes we will set the cart up on the day of your wedding and collect it either the same day or the following morning, whichever’s best for you!
Q: How much is the deposit?
A: In addition to the hire fee we will require a security deposit of £50 to cover any accidental damage to the cart.
Q: Is the security deposit additional?
A: Yes but it is fully refundable.
Q: Do I get the security deposit back?
A: As long as the Sweet Cart comes back to us in the condition we delivered it, we will return your deposit back to you within 2-3 working days.
Q: Can you decorate to match wedding colour?
A: Yes, let us know your colour when you complete the booking form and we will match to you colours as closely as we can.
Q: What type of sweets can I have?
A: We have a really long list of sweets we can supply. We will send you a booking form with the options on, however if you would like to see the list before hand, just get in touch and we will be happy to send it you.
Q: Can I have sweets that are not on the list?
A: If we can get hold of them then yeah sure. Let us know what you are after and we will look into it for you.
Q: How do I secure the sweet cart for my date
A: Get in touch with us via our Contact Us page, we will send you a booking form and reserve your date for one week.
Q: When do I pay my deposit?
A: Your deposit is payable at the time of booking and will secure your date.
Q: What areas do you cover?
A: We cover Nottinghamshire & Derbyshire, however if you’re in a surrounding area, we still may be able to help.
Q: Does the price include delivery?
A: Yes, our price is all inclusive of delivery, set-up, hire, sweets, bags, collection, it covers it all.
Q: If I live outside the area would you still deliver?
A: This would depend on where you live and there may be an excess mileage charge if it is more than 25 miles from our Nottingham base.
Q: Do you have a Food Hygiene Certificate?
A: Yes, we hold a current Food Hygiene Certificate and are happy to provide a copy if required.
